Billing

By default, the billing model is Prepaid (credits purchased in advance), but there is also the possibility of Postpaid (after signing an agreement with us). 

For Prepaid, you can find our standard packages in the table below. The credits have no expiration date:

All the Prepaid packages that are available for your account can be found in Top Up (Below the Balance in your TelQ account). You can select the package you need and proceed to purchase it directly via Paypal. Any test credits purchased via Paypal will be added to your balance immediately.
For payments via bank transfer, kindly note that the credits will be allocated once we are able to confirm the payment. The test credits purchased on Prepaid generally have no expiration date.

As a reconfirmation of our billing method, we would like to clarify that we consider a “test” to be a unique combination of Sender ID, Text, Destination (test number), Supplier and Test ID Text.

Each time you request a test via our platform, a unique Test ID Text is being generated, which is an essential value for us to match the test with the test result. The billing of our service is based on this Test ID text.

 

 It is also important to note that we do not bill for tests which have failed due to unavailability of our test numbers. In the eventuality of our test number going offline during your test request, we first try to find an alternative test number belonging to the same destination and send a clone of your initial test to this new number. This is what we refer to as “back-up test” - it’s automatic and free of charge (as you were already billed for the initial test). This can be switched off in case you do not wish such option - more information about it can be found here.
If there is no other available test number for the same destination or you switched off the back-up test feature, we will return to your account the credit that was previously charged for your initial test.
