Billing - tests

This document outlines the billable and non-billable conditions for different testing types: MT,

LNT, CLI, and MO testing.

Initial WAIT status and any intermediary test statuses are always billed at the time of the test.

However, depending on the final test status, these tests may:

• Remain billed (if the final status is billable).

• Be refunded (if the final status is non-billable).

1. Manual Testing (MT)

In Manual Testing, all receipt statuses are considered billable except the following:

• INTERNAL_ERROR

• TEST_NUMBER_OFFLINE

• NETWORK_OFFLINE

2. Live Number Testing

In Live Number Testing, the billability depends on the receipt status. All final receipt statuses are billable except the following:

• NETWORK_OFFLINE

• INTERNAL_ERROR

• TEST_NUMBER_OFFLINE

• SMPP_SESSION_OFFLINE

3. CLI Testing

In CLI Testing, all receipt statuses are billable except:

• INTERNAL_ERROR

• TEST_NUMBER_OFFLINE

• NETWORK_OFFLINE

4. Mobile Originated Testing

In Mobile Originated Testing, the billability depends on the DLR final status or the Receipt status:

• If the DLR final status is DELIVERED, the test is billable.

• If the Receipt status is SENT, the test is billable.
