Help & Chat
The Help & Chat widget provides quick access to TelQ’s support and learning resources directly from within the platform. It is available to all customers and located in the bottom-right corner of your TelQ dashboard. From here, you can reach documentation, watch tutorials, or start a conversation with our support team via live chat.
To open the widget:
Click the purple question mark icon in the lower-right corner of your screen.
A small panel will open, offering several quick-access options to help you find the information or assistance you need.

Available Options
The Help panel includes the following sections:
Option | Description |

Help | Available for some pages. Opens a general help overview with guidance on using the TelQ platform and descriptions. |
Documentation | Redirects you to the TelQ Customer Documentation Portal, where you can find comprehensive user guides, billing instructions, and FAQs. |
Watch Our Demo | For some pages video tutorials are available with walkthroughs that explain the platform’s key features. |
Chat with TelQ | TelQ provides built-in live chat support through an integration with Freshchat, ensuring that all customers — regardless of account type — can easily reach our support team. |
Availability: Chat support is monitored during TelQ’s standard business hours. Outside of these hours, you can still leave a message, and our team will follow up by email.
