Notifications & Platform Status
The Notifications and Status page help you stay informed about TelQ platform updates, maintenance events, and the release of new features - ensuring you always have visibility into what’s happening across the system.
Notifications
In the top left corner of your TelQ dashboard, you’ll find the Notification Bell icon 🔔.
Clicking this icon opens a pop-up displaying TelQ’s latest platform updates.
Notifications appear automatically when new updates are available, helping you stay up to date.
Platform Status
You can access the Status Page from the top of the sidebar next to the Notification Bell. This page provides real-time visibility into the operational health of the TelQ platform.
Here, you can monitor:
Current platform uptime and component status
Scheduled maintenance notifications
Any temporary service disruptions or incidents

Subscribing to Status Updates
To receive automatic updates about platform status changes:
Click the “Details” button on the Status Page.
Subscribe to notifications to get alerts about:
Scheduled maintenance events
Service recoveries or incident resolutions
Any platform-wide announcements
You’ll then be informed in real time whenever there’s a change that might affect your testing activity.
Subscribing to status updates ensures you’re always aware of planned downtime and can schedule your testing accordingly.
